Once your package is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is: 3 to 6 business days in United States, 5 to 20 for the rest of the world.

We offer free shipping on all orders.Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you. Please note that your tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed to the carrier.

We work with Shopify Payments to bring you a diverse range of payment options on our website. We currently offer: 

  • Most major credit cards
  • AMEX
  • Apply Pay
  • ShopPay

The options listed above may differ depending on your location. 

Orders are shipped from the United States so extra duties and taxes may apply, depending on your selected destination. Please note that Cabrexa is not responsible for, and does not refund these costs. 

For international shipping we offer two options:

  1. Full Customs Clearance 
    This means that all duties and taxes aren’t paid (Delivered Duties Paid, DDP) included in your order.

  2. Duties May Apply
    This option means that delivered duties are unpaid (DDU) and you are responsible for paying the custom duties and any additional fees (if applicable to your country) once your package arrives

Both options will have door to door tracking.

Unfortunately there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to our support team via our Contact Form. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number for reference to inquire about making any changes which could impact a successful delivery.

We ask that you please allow 3 additional business days past the “delivered” scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us at contact@cabrexa.com

We appreciate your patience. We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date. If your package still has not arrived by that time, please contact us at contact@cabrexa.com and we would be happy to help investigate and reach out to our carriers when needed.

Returns & Refunds

All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All returned/exchanged items must be returned unwound, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are included in the original packaging. 
  • Please contact us for the return / exchange form before you start the return process.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@bravlee.com

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@bravlee.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.


Step 3: a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer may take 1 to 3 days  to process the bank's refund.

b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.

If you feel like the product you ordered is not right for you, our Customer Support team are available to help you find the right product. Feel free to contact us at any time for advice on what product would best suit your lifestyle and needs.

If you already know which item you would like to exchange your product for, head to our returns portal to arrange your own exchange. Your new order will be shipped out to you as soon as we have received your order back in our warehouse.

Items can be exchanged for another product within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

All orders come with our hassle free returns policy. Order with peace of mind.

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 5 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 3 business days.

Items that are not eligible for a return include:

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts

If you didn't get a return label, it just means your items need extra review. Hang tight - we'll email you within 1-3 business days once we're done. Thanks for your patience!

Orders

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email contact@cabrexa.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email contact@cabrexa.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at contact@cabrexa.com (and include your original #order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 1-2 days after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - contact us and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

In the event you have received an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us through our Contact Form and provide the following:

  • Which item is incorrect or missing
  • Confirm the state of the package you received

We're really sorry if you received a faulty item!

Please reach out to us via our Contact Form and include the following information:

  1. Your full name and address
  2. Order number
  3. A description of the issue
  4. Images or a video where the defect / issue can be seen clearly

If a defective item is reported within 14 days of receiving your order, we would be happy to offer you a refund. 

After 14 days, we can only offer a replacement item, an exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

Products

To pick the right size, measure the single cushion you need to cover and select the size that matches your measurements.

Absolutely! Our sofa covers are designed to fit most sofas with removable cushions that meet our size guide requirements.

Our sofa covers are designed to repel water and other liquids, but they aren't entirely waterproof. They might not withstand being left outdoors all year. We recommend using them on furniture that is sheltered from rain and direct sunlight.

We offer seat covers, back covers, chaise covers, and pillow covers. Our covers are designed specifically for sofa cushions and cannot be used on the bottom part of a couch.

We currently do not offer sample swatches, but we are always exploring ways to improve our customer experience, so this may become an option in the future.
